3. 磨抛一体直线式设计，前边设有磨轮，后边设有抛轮，前边磨完成后自动移动至抛轮进行抛光，无需人工搬运夹具。

4.磨抛轮固定旋转，夹具升降采用高精度滚珠丝杆由步进电机带动，磨抛精度可精确到0.01mm，并且每个面可单独设置磨抛深度和时间，成品大小精确，最小可用于生产1mm即1号钻。

5. 控制系统采用先进的电脑PLC加液晶触摸屏，系统稳定可靠，参数设置调节方便。触摸屏全部显示中文，嵌套式菜单，易学易用，普通工人培训一天即可上岗。

6．系统具有抛轮磨损自动补偿功能，补偿周期和补偿值可任意设定，机器调好后操作工人仅需按启动按钮，无需再对参数进行调整。

7．机器机械结构及工作原理简单，因此稳定可靠，而且维护保养特别方便。

8．专门设计的故障排除功能，可从触摸屏上迅速判断输入输出信号是否正常，比如感应开关是否正常，按钮是否损坏等。

6. The system have polish canister abrasion expiation function, after machine adjust finished, the worker have nothing to but take the mould.

8. Special designed trouble remove function, it can check if the input and output signal right or not from the touch screen conveniently. Such as judge the switch is right or not , the button is right or not, so remove the trouble quickly.
